Service is provided by members and collaborators of TOKI.

TOKI has provided authentic Japanese cultural experiences to foreign guests since 2014. Our team consists of experienced bilingual organizers who have spent extensive time traveling and living abroad. We believe it is important to retain a firm understanding of the various layers and nuances of Japanese culture, and discover ways to present these complexities in a meaningful way to foreign cultures, facilitating a gateway so that our guests can enjoy the best that Japan has to offer. As we have done so in TOKI, we pride ourselves in providing only the best of the best, and provide authentic experiences to the world of Japanese artisans and chefs.

As Japanese cuisine is becoming recognized globally, the number of Japanese restaurants around the world is increasing. Sushi, tempura, and shabu-shabu are some of the most popular Japanese cuisines among foreigners. However, Japanese food served in restaurants around the world differs from those that are usually eaten in Japan. For example, sushi found in abroad looks quite different from those in Japan.

It is a natural phenomenon that foreign cuisine is adapted to the host culture. Food developing in ways that are unique to the local culture is fascinating. People in Japan have imported foods from other countries and developed them in original ways as well.

TOKI offers foreign visitors in Japan opportunities to experience authentic Japanese culture. Many of our guests are amazed by the difference between Japanese cuisine in Japan and abroad, and wish to give their friends and family back home the same experience. As a result, we have been receiving an increasing number of requests to send our chefs to dinner parties and other events abroad. We also started to hear requests from foreign chefs that they would like to learn more about the gastronomy, technique, and restaurants of Japan, in hopes of providing the same quality of Japanese cuisine abroad.

In order to introduce as much of the highest quality Japanese food to the world as possible, TOKI established "Japan Chef", together with well established restaurants and professional chefs which have been long been our partners in providing authentic Japanese cultural experiences.
